Rental Policy

 

Check-in is at 3 p.m. (CST) Check-out by 10 a.m.

Rental amount is payable in full at check-in. (Please note that our sales tax percentage is subject to change.) Please bring travelers checks, cashier check, money order or cash. Credit cards accepted: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. No personal checks accepted at check-in. Prices subject to change without notice.

Security / Damage Deposit: Reservation deposit of $200.00 is required for each reservation. Your reservation deposit may be in the form of a major credit card number in lieu of $200.00. At check-in the deposit automatically converts to a damage deposit and is not applied to rent. The deposit is refunded within 14 days of your departure providing there is no damage to the unit or its contents, all garbage has been taken to the dumpster, soiled dishes placed in the dishwasher and cleaned, dirty linens placed in a pile, and all keys returned to the check in office. All mentioned items must be done and cancellation policy followed to insure the complete return of your deposit.

 

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations or changes to your reservation must be done at least 14 days prior to your arrival date without penalty. Cancellation or changes made within 14 days of your arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit. No refunds for early departures. Cancellations or early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. Mandatory evacuation during hurricane season will warrant refund of unused rental days.

 

Age Requirements: All of our properties cater to families. We cannot accept reservation for singles under the age of 25. Young singles unaccompanied by a parent will not be allowed to check in and will be subject to forfeiture of deposit. Should accompanying parent not remain through out the entire reservation period, eviction and forfeiture of rents and deposit will occur. Any reservation obtained under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of deposit and the party will not be permitted to register.

 

Pets: Pets are not allowed in any rental unit.

 

Requesting Specific Units: Management will strive to comply with all requests. However, no guarantee will be made for a specific unit.

 

Initial Set-up: A complimentary initial set-up of toilet tissue, soap, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent will be furnished. Any replacements will be the guest's responsibility.

 

Loss or Theft: Agent assumes no responsibility for any loss or theft of guest's personal property. Late Arrivals: If you will be arriving after 4 p.m. please contact us for late check-in instructions.

Monthly rates available upon request Minimum nights may be required.
